Registration

New students will have more success getting their first class choice if they register early. Some class times are more popular than others and fill rapidly.  You are able to register for a class only two weeks in advance. You are not able to register for future sessions unless you are within the 14 days of the new session.

For example: Session 1 begins Monday, Jan. 2, 2023 you can register beginning on Monday, December 19, 2022

Our Parent Portal allows you to set up your account, complete an enrollment form, view classes, and pay online Just click the Parent Portal link.  From there you may create an account and log in to complete a registration.

Or if you prefer a paper version, print a registration form (HERE ) and  return it to our office with your tuition and Annual Membership Fee (AMF).

Annual Membership Fee (AMF)

Top Flight’s Annual Membership Fee (AMF) is a recurring charge ($35 + tax) due each year on your enrollment anniversary. Annual fees are common place in this and similar industries and in Top Flight’s case, is tied to specific services.
The first is an insurance premium TFG pays which is calculated on a per student basis. The second is the expense of maintaining a front office with hours convenient to you. These services are of the highest level in our industry and we hope you appreciate the effort.

Tuition/Renewal

New students should pay their tuition and Annual Membership Fee upon registration. Current students renewing for the following month are allowed to guarantee their class placement by paying their tuition on or before our Tuition Due Date.

Tuition Due Date is always the Monday prior to the start of the next session.

If you have more than one child, you will only pay full price for the highest class tuition. Any additional children receive a 10% discount off their tuition.

For students who take more than one class TFG offers a 15% discount for the second class tuition. This is a great opportunity to try other programs at a discounted tuition.

Annual Membership Fee and tuition are non-refundable upon class placement.

Un-enrolling from Class

Students sometimes need a break from gymnastics to pursue other sports and activities.  If for any reason you need to un-enroll your student from their class, please complete the un-enrollment form and return it to the front desk in person or via email at tfgym@topflightgymnastics.com.

Please note the following practices and procedures when choosing to un-enroll.

  • All un-enrollment forms are due to the front desk by the “Request to Un-enroll” date found on the 2024 Session dates schedule.
  • Un-enrolling your student forfeits his/her spot in the class they are currently enrolled, when you wish to re-enroll, we cannot guarantee a spot in the same class will be available.
  • Un-enrolling after the “Request to Un-enroll” date of each session but prior to the “Un-enroll date due to non-payment” of each session will result in an in-house account credit available to use when choosing to re-enroll.
